The GenWare Brand
The GenWare product range offers the perfect balance of innovative design, quality, durability and value for money; developed for the professional HoReCa sector. Our New Product Development programme has four launches per year, with each launch supported by a main brochure. Every launch is supported by a wealth of lifestyle photography, which is supplied to our distributors for their marketing material.

Distribution
GenWare products are dispatched from our EU logistics facility, in the Netherlands. It has an extensive stock holding of over 1,750 items available for fast and reliable delivery across the EU.
Precise Operations
As orders come through to Nevilles they are quickly managed by our sales team and processed via the warehouse for packing and dispatch. Our fully trained warehouse staff are guided by a precise operational system that flows seamlessly and allows for our logistics to run like clockwork. Utilising the latest IT technology and with the benefits of a motivated work force, you can rest assured that your order will be processed and packaged with service second to none.
Next Day Dispatch
At Nevilles, we understand the importance of getting you the right product when you need it. That’s why we have industry leading availability of our entire product range to meet high demand. We believe that orders should be delivered on time, every time.
Orders placed by 3pm CET will dispatch the next working day. Receive a fast trackable delivery within approximately 1-5 days dependent on location.
Quality Assured
The GenWare product range is sourced from trusted suppliers from across the globe. We have a dedicated team based in Hong Kong who oversee the procurement of our products at source and deal with manufacturers to ensure the continuous quality of the GenWare product range.
In addition to this, in the UK, Nevilles employs a dedicated Quality Assurance team, who continuously test and measure the quality of our stock. All product deliveries are checked and approved for sale, with ongoing stock checking and batch verification. Any items that fail to meet our expectations, or fail whilst in use by our customers, are reviewed and where improvements are identified, these are fed back through the Nevilles supply chain.
Nevilles are ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 compliant. The framework set out by ISO9001 certification provides our customers with assurance that they will receive consistent, quality products and services. Alongside this, the ISO14001 standard sets the framework for reduction of waste, improving resource efficiency and cut waste management costs as a minimum.
